清田隆教授がブルガリアにおいて第一回Balushev Awardを受賞しました / Prof. Kiyota became the first winner of the Balushev Award by the Bulgarian Society for SMGE

ブルガリア共和国の地盤工学会では、同国の土木・地盤工学の第一人者、Prof. Balush Balushevの名前を冠した特別賞が設けられ、清田隆教授が第一回の受賞者に選ばれました。清田教授は6月12日にソフィア・UACGで開催された授賞式において、特別講演（Balushev Lecture）を行いました。

Prof. Takashi Kiyota became the first winner of the award named after Prof. Balush Balushev, the founder of geotechnics in Bulgaria, established by the Bulgarian Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering and UACG in Sofia. On 12th June 2023 Prof. Kiyota delivered an honorary lecture in the award ceremony at UACG.
