石田哲也准教授が2009年のIABSE Prizeを受賞　Associate Professor Tetsuya ISHIDA recieves the IABSE Prize 2009

石田哲也准教授が2009年のIABSE Prizeを受賞しました。IABSE Prize は、構造工学の分野ではもっとも歴史と伝統のある組織である国際構造工学会 （IABSE The International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering)が、将来を嘱望される40際以下の若手会員１名に毎年授与する名 誉ある賞です。コンクリート材料と構造のマルチスケール解析に関する研究が 高く評価されたもので、日本人としては4人目の受賞となります。9月9日タ イ・バンコクで開催される同協会主催の定例国際会議の開会式にて Jacques Combault会長より同賞が授与される予定です。

We are pleased to announce that Associate Professor Tetsuya ISHIDA has been awarded with the IABSE Prize 2009, which the Executive Committee decided upon at its Spring meeting. The Awards will be presented by Jacques Combault, President of IABSE, on September 9, 2009, at the Opening Ceremony of the 33rd IABSE Symposium in Bangkok, Thailand.
