The application for CVL International Graduate Program in the Field of Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Studies 2026 Autumn EXTERNAL Scholarships (A26ICVLETF) is available only upon request from ７^th November 2025, 18:00JST.

The Department of Civil Engineering accepts application from recipients of external scholarships if you obtain proof of financial support deemed adequate/acceptable by the department.

External scholarships are such as JICA scholarship, LPDP, etc.
